Productive Week

Lets see, I hit 9,800 words on my current draft. It still doesn't have a title, but I'm enjoying it for now.

I got the next episode of A Dark Attachment posted, which is great. I love the chapter. I'm digging writing something a chapter at a time. Its that fanfiction background coming back

Also, wrote a little short for Valentine's Day. That was fun, especially since I didn't feel like writing that morning. I opened a document just for the hell of it and a little diddy popped out. I'll take it.

Thus far, this year is going well. As a reward, I ordered myself a little dragon ring which is on its way.

As for my new novel, I'm letting my decisions make some seriously morally grey decisions here. Writing the books I want to read, that's the key. I love going back to my own work and being happy with it.

Going to continue working this weekend. Sending out some more queries on Monday, so that needs to be prepped. More drafting. More shorts. Another episode of A Dark Attachment. Busy girl, aren't I?

Reading! Oh man, still reading. I'm re-reading a novel with my work-wife so we can read the second that just came out AND I'm reading A Discovery of Witches, which is amazing. Reading two books at once is awesome. Its book 6 and 7 of the YEAR. My brain is so happy.
